Plaquemines Medical Center in Belle Chasse is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our Environmental Services team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within our healthcare facilities. If you have a keen eye for cleanliness and enjoy creating a welcoming environment, we would love to hear from you. This position requires general cleaning tasks, including cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, the breakroom, and common areas; restocking supplies; emptying trash bins; and properly disposing of trash.

Requirements:
– Proven experience in housekeeping or custodial work preferred
– Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment operation
– Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
– Ability to work independently or as part of a team
– Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
– Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
– Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays if necessary
